As you might already know, there are slow and fast twitch fiber muscles, and to enable high jumps you have to train the fast twitch muscles. However, what you probably don’t know is that there is a subset of these fast twitch muscles, called Type II B fibers. These are the muscles which are the key to really high explosive jumps.

Vert Shock program is about exercises that exclusively focus on these key muscles, with great precision and effect. This highly targeted plyometric training “shocks” the nervous system so you could achieve great jumps. The Three Phases

Pre-shock phase

Post-Shock phase

    Let me be the first to say.. I have done other jump training consistently and it has never worked. So I doubted Vert Shock as well. This morning at 9am I had my first adult league game since starting Vert Shock (2weeks ago); I felt better than when I played in high school. I was getting over the rim easily past my wrist, I am a 6ft PG. Before the initial jump ball, the opposing team came up to me and said “you shouldn’t be jumping that high” and “you aren’t allowed in the paint” I put down 3 or 4 pre game dunks with ease, before I was getting hung or barely dunking. The one that shocked them was when I threw myself a lob in warm ups and put it down. Moral of the story is that I am a believer Vert Shock, and in myself again. I finished the game with 15points, 12 assist, 5 steals, and 5 rebounds. On three of my fast break steals I had the refs yelling “dunk that” and “easy dunk”.

    In just the first 3 days I’ve already gained 4 inches. I threw myself an alley-oop off the backboard not expecting anything, but when I jumped (and this was after my workout) I found myself so high that I grabbed the ball and threw it down!

    I am a 6’6 sophmore and I could come close but I never could consistantly dunk. After starting Vert Shock I went to the gym the next morning and I was not only dunking but I was easily dunking with two hands. I was skeptical at first but it really does work and it is so simple that it is very easy to put in to action.

    I was the quiet chubby kid in the corner of the classroom in 6th grade. Then in 7th grade I made the basketball team but I was a bench warmer. Then I started Vert Shock and two weeks after hard work over the summer I was arguably the best on the team the next year in 8th grade. Now I’m skinny and athletic and everyone knows my name.. literally I have one or two kids walk up and say hey to me every day I don’t even know who they are thanks Adam you have made a true difference on my basketball career!

    I am a 14 year old girl who plays volleyball.. Last week I had a Junior Olympic Team tryout and my vertical with an approach has improved to 27 inches!!! At the beginning of Vert Shock it was an embarrassing and shameful 12 inches. Adam’s jump program has brought my game to a whole new level.     I initially started using Vert Shock’s tips during the end of eighth grade, and during that summer, I trained so hard using the tips Vert Shock provided me, and they worked! In one summer I was able to go from barely touching net and backboard to grabbing rim with two hands! Fast forward two years as I’m now a sophomore in high school, and after using Vert Shock, I’m FINALLY ABLE TO DUNK!! This off-season I plan to work hard so that I may prepare for the fall and be able to tear one down during a game.
